Shipping

We are able to ship anywhere in the U.S. and occasionally to Canada. If you are interested in receiving a quote on specific pieces, please email the address of where you would like the pieces delivered and we will provide a quote and timeline to you.

Returns

  • A valid Tirto Furniture receipt must accompany all returns.

    ONLY returns made within 30 days of purchase qualify for a refund. Returns made between 31-90 days after purchase date qualify for in-store credit. In-store credit is good for one year from issue date.

  • All custom pieces are final sales.

  • All sales are final for merchandise discounted 50% or more.

  • All sales on "AS-IS" Items are final.

Warranty

All products are subject to a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Our furniture is handcrafted from solid wood and therefore may crack and will show wear over time. We recommend using a citrus oil and beeswax polish annually or as needed.

Delivery

We do not provide delivery in-house, but we would be happy to refer you to reliable local delivery companies familiar with our furniture.

Designer Discount

Designer discount is 10% off of retail price. To qualify for this discount, a copy of a valid business license must be provided or on file.

Tax

Sales tax is charged on all purchases at our store and for any online purchases shipped to a Washington address.

Purchase Pick-up and Storage

Our storage space is extremely limited. For this reason, purchased items must be picked up within three weeks of the purchase date. After three weeks, customers will be charged $20 per day for storage.  

Privacy

Tirto Furniture will never give or sell your name or personal information to any third party.

Online Purchases

  • We only ship online purchases to customers in the US.

  • Flat rate $8.00/order anywhere in the US.

Online Return Policy

  • Only returns made within 30 days of purchase qualify for a refund.

  • Products over $150 sold come with free returns. We will send you a return shipping label and refund your money once we have received the merchandise back.

Wholesale Terms & Information

To qualify as a Tirto Furniture wholesale customer, you must have a valid business license & resale number. Below are specific terms for all wholesale purchases.

  • Prices: All prices are quoted in U.S Dollars. Wholesale prices are subject to change after 3 months, due to currency and supply fluctuations.

  • Discounts: Our standard wholesale discount is 20% off the list retail price. Further discounts are available when ordering by 20’ or 40’ container load.

  • Minimum: Opening orders (after discount) - $6,000 for Furniture; $1,500 for handicrafts. Reorders - $2,500 for furniture; $750 for handicrafts.

  • Process: Product drawings or pictures will be provided for approval before Tirto Furniture begins production.

  • Payment: All orders require a 50% deposit and the balance has to be paid- with a check or credit card- when merchandise arrives in our facility.

  • Penalties: Tirto Furniture will charge a 20% annual interest rate on all accounts 30 days past due.
